ご来店時、ご予約に関しての注意事項

ご予約の際は、以下の点をご了承お願いいたします。

・海外からのご予約は、ホテルまたはカード会社のコンシェルジュ、または “TABLEALL”サイトから

（ https://www.tableall.com/restaurant/269 ）からお願いいたします。直接のお電話でのご予約はお受けできません。

・1ヶ月先の同日までのご予約とさせていただいております。（受付は午前10時よりお電話にてお受けいたします。）

・お席はカウンター8席のご用意となります。

・未就学児のご入店はご遠慮いただいております。

なお、苦手な食材やアレルギーに関しては、ご予約の際に必ずお申し出ください。

当店は、当日ご予約分の食材をその日に仕入れ、仕込み準備を行うため、前日・当日の予約人数の変更及びキャンセルは一切お断りさせていただいております。

キャンセルの場合は、前々日、もしくは2営業日前までに必ず当店へご連絡をお願いいたします。

また、事前連絡なく予約人数の変更、またはキャンセルされた方は特別な御事情を除き、ご予約いただいた人数分のコース料金（サービス料、消費税含む）の全てをお支払いただきます。

無断でキャンセルされた方に関しても、同様にお支払いただきます。

ご予約時間から30分以上過ぎ、連絡無き場合もキャンセル扱いとし、同様にお支払いただきます。

※ご本人様に連絡が取れない場合、第三者（弁護士）へ相談の上、弁護士費用など含め全額ご請求いたします。

※海外からのご予約の方でキャンセル料が発生した場合、ご予約を代行されたホテル、またはカード会社のコンシェルジュの方に対しても、同様に全額ご請求させていただきます。

駐車場の御用意はございませんので、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。

店舗内での撮影は、他のお客様にご配慮いただき手元のお料理だけでお願いします。

動画撮影、フラッシュ撮影などはご遠慮願います。

・ The seats available are eight counter seats.
・ Preschoolers are not allowed.

When making a reservation, please let us know of any dislikes or food allergies. Because we purchase and prepare the ingredients for your reservation on the day of your visit, it is not possible to change the number of people in your party, or to cancel your reservation on the same day or the day before.
Case of cancellation → Please be sure to contact us no later than 2 days or 2 business days in advance.
If you change the number of people in your party or cancel without prior notice, you will be charged the entire course fee (including service charge and consumption tax) for the number of people for whom the reservation was made, except under special circumstances.
You will also be charged if you do not show up.　
If no notice is received more than 30 minutes after the reserved time, the reservation will be cancelled and the same payment will be required.

*we are unable to contact you, we will consult with a third party (lawyer) and bill you for the full amount, including attorney's fees.
*In the event of cancellation fees for international bookings, the hotel or credit card concierge who made the reservation on your behalf will be charged the full amount as well.

There is no parking, so please use the coin parking nearby.

You can only shoot the food at hand.
