<Reservations>
・Seating is at the counter only. Infants are not allowed in the restaurant.
・Reservations from overseas should be made through the hotel concierge, credit card company or the "TABLEALL" website (https://www.tableall.com/restaurant/269). We cannot accept reservations made by telephone or through agents.
・Reservations can only be made up to one month in advance on the same day. (Reservations can be made by phone after 10:00 a.m.) We can only accept same-day reservations up to one month in advance.
・Please call at least one day in advance if you need to change your reservation, except for cancellations.
・Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations for clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice.

・Please be aware of the following rules. Please be sure to inform your companions of these rules.
・Please use the coin-operated parking in the area.
・Please be considerate of other customers and only take pictures of the food in front of you. Please refrain from using video or flash photography.
・Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or cologne.
・Please ensure that the person who made the reservation is present. We cannot accept substitutions.
・Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements when you make your reservation. We will purchase the ingredients for your reservation on the day of your reservation and prepare them on the day of your reservation.
・Please note that any cancellation of a reservation is subject to our cancellation policy. Please check with us before making a reservation.

In case of cancellation, please contact us by phone at least two days or two business days in advance.
In the event of a change in the number of guests or cancellation without prior notice, the full course fee (including service charge and VAT) will be charged for the number of guests booked, except in special circumstances.
Unauthorized cancellations will be charged in the same manner.
Failure to notify us within 30 minutes of the reserved time will be considered a cancellation and the same payment will be required.
※If we are unable to contact you, we will consult with a third party (attorney) and charge you 10% of the billed amount as a penalty in addition to the cancellation fee.
※In the event of a cancellation fee for a reservation made from overseas, the hotel that made the reservation on your behalf or the concierge of your credit card company will also be charged the full amount.
